1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CrestBid ("the Software"), developed and distributed by InfoAsk LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

CrestBid is an AI-powered bid intelligence platform that runs entirely on the user's local infrastructure. The Software provides tools for bid proposal generation, knowledge base management, and response optimization using local AI models.

3. License Grants

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees (if any), InfoAsk LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

The Starter (free evaluation) license is granted for a 30-day period with full platform functionality. Continued use requires upgrading to a paid plan.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels on the Software
  • Use the Software to build a competing product or service
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software to third parties
  • Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to bypass licensing mechanisms or access controls

5. Data Privacy

CrestBid is designed to run entirely on your infrastructure. Your bid data, documents, and AI responses are processed locally and are not transmitted to InfoAsk LLC servers. We do not collect, store, or process your bid content. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all source code, object code, documentation, and associated intellectual property, is owned by InfoAsk LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. CrestBid is a trademark of InfoAsk LLC.

7. Third-Party Components

The Software may include or depend on third-party open-source components. Those components remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed under their original terms. AI models used by the Software are subject to their respective model licenses.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. InfoAsk LLC does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoAsk LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our website or the Software. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InfoAsk LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
